Did you choose to collect your order? You can always collect it at Seepscherf 2, 9310 Baardegem. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the information when your package is ready.
Shipping & Returns
How can I return an item?
You have a maximum of 14 days to return your package.
Return costs are always at your own expense.

Please keep the ticket with the tracking number until your package has arrived safely with us.
Once we have received your return, we will refund the amount to the account you used to make the purchase within 14 days.

Wanneer wordt mijn bestelling verzonden?
- We doen ons best om je bestelling zo snel mogelijk te verzenden, afhankelijk van de drukte.
- Levertijd: Binnen België wordt je pakket normaal gesproken de volgende werkdag na verzending geleverd of kan je het ophalen.
- Track & Trace: Met de track & trace-code kun je de status van je pakket volgen.
- Niet thuis? Als je niet thuis bent, laat Bpost/PostNL/DPD een bericht achter met informatie over waar je je pakket kunt afhalen.
Can I return sales items?
Our apologies, but we cannot accept returns on sale items.
If you do send it back to us, we will be forced to return your order and you will be charged new shipping costs.
I chose collection, what now?
Orders can only be collected if you have received a 'ready to collect' email.
Pick up is possible 7/7 in our pick-up box.

I received an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged order.
Our apologies in advance if this happened to you.
In this case, please contact us as soon as possible, no later than 12 hours after receiving your items. This can only be done by sending an email to info@yolofashion.be .
Please attach photos of exactly what is wrong or missing from your order to your email. Only then can we process your complaint.
I would like to exchange my item for a different size, is that possible?
Would you prefer a different size or color for your item? Place a new order for that item and return your current order for a refund.
Pre-orders
I placed a PRE ORDER, what now?
This means you can already order the item in our webshop, but it will be shipped later. The shipping date is always listed on the webshop alongside the item itself.
Can I reserve an item?
It's not possible to reserve an item. You can, however, set up a notification to receive when items are back in stock.
